SRGI · December, 2026

A manifesto is more than a document. It is a promise made in public. Too often, policy is written about the young. The Uttar Pradesh Youth Manifesto is written by them. Organised by SR Group of Institutions, the Uttar Pradesh Youth Manifesto opens an online portal where young people across 75 districts can name a problem and propose a reform under six pillars — so local answers travel all the way to the policy table.

Six pillars of change

Every manifesto sits under one or more pillars that shape life across Uttar Pradesh.

01

Education

Access, quality and opportunity in schools, colleges and skills.

02

Entrepreneurship & Employment

Jobs, startups and livelihoods for a young workforce.

03

Environmental Development

Climate, green spaces and sustainable local action.

04

Rural & Urban Development

Infrastructure, services and liveable communities.

05

Health

Healthcare access, awareness and youth wellbeing.

06

Women’s Safety & Empowerment

Safety, dignity and equal participation for young women.
